Refund And Cancellation Policy
Algo India offers digital services, subscription-linked access, and provisioning-based fulfillment. Because delivery begins quickly after successful payment, refunds are handled under the policy below.
Refunds
- Payments for digital subscriptions, access plans, and delivered services are generally non-refundable once access, provisioning, or digital delivery has begun.
- If payment is captured but service activation does not occur due to a verified internal platform issue, a refund or credit may be considered after review.
- Refund requests must include the registered email, phone number, payment reference, and reason for the request.
Cancellations
- Users may request cancellation of future renewals at any time before the next billing cycle begins.
- Downgrades or reductions in entitlement may take effect from the next billing cycle unless specifically approved otherwise.
- Already delivered services, active periods, or used digital access windows are not normally refundable.
Review Window
Refund or cancellation reviews are usually handled within 5 to 7 business days from receipt of a complete request.
